Our story
From market stall to private atelier
We began as a weekend stall selling preserved vegetables and simple plates. The practice sharpened our sense for balance and seasonality. Early clients asked for private tastings; we prototyped sample menus on dining tables and refined them over months.
Today the atelier runs small seasonal cycles, hosts intimate studio tastings, and partners with local farms. Each offering is the result of iterative tasting, client collaboration, and attention to finish.
